i'm a composer, programmer, and writer currently involved with using light to make sound, making poems that change, playing double melodica, and trying to grow the online art journal, nothing to say.

i work part time as a senior software engineer at toast and occasionally work as a freelance music copyist / arranger

i'm an advocate for Free software and art, and everything i make (outside The Day Job) is under copyleft licenses.

i'm based in nyc these days. my greatest claim to fame is that time at the recurse center i made a completely stupid brainfjck interpreter in assembly that supported linux syscalls so i could write an http server in it (this site is sadly not on it) and someone made an esolang wiki article about it.

i believe that every person is the same person, and that if we could understand this things might be a little simpler.
